When you make an enquiry or booking: your name, email address, phone number, nationality, travel dates, group size, and payment details. Anonymised analytics data is collected via Google Analytics (no personal identification).

How We Use It

To respond to safari enquiries, confirm and manage bookings, process payments via PesaPal, send pre-departure information, and — with your explicit consent — send our occasional newsletter with Kenya wildlife updates and special offers. We never sell your data to third parties.

Payments

All financial transactions are handled by PesaPal, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store card numbers, M-Pesa PINs, or any payment credentials on our servers.

Your Rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@awayfromhomeadventures.com. We will respond within 30 days.
