Away From Home Adventures was founded in Nairobi by Kenyans who grew up in the wild. Our guides are not employees reading scripts — they are passionate naturalists with decades of knowledge built through living in these landscapes, not touring through them.
We know which pride controls the Talek crossing. We know which Amboseli matriarch leads her herd to the swamp at 16:00 every dry season. We know the specific fig tree where a particular leopard has raised three generations of cubs. That knowledge — that intimacy with the wild — is what we share with every guest we guide.
